No smoking facility
Elia Apartments are equipped with sensitive smoke detectors and smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments, bathrooms & anywhere else in the block. Please smoke only on the balconies or in the garden. Thank you for disposing the cigarette butts in a responsible manner.
Avoid obstacles under shutters
Malfunction of the shutters is inevitable if an item is blocking them from rolling down smoothly & uninterrupted. Please make sure that there are no chairs, tables or any other obstacles that are underneath the shutters and take necessary precautions for children.
Please keep silence
Children running and jumping on the upper floor causes a serious disturbance to the ground floor apartments. Please take precautions.
No loud speaking, shouting or running in the stairs and hallways or generally in the apartments for that purpose. Please pay attention to keep the facility and your apartment silent between 10.00 PM and 10.00 AM
Electricity fee
Electricity is covered and free up to 20kw/h which is typically enough for one day. Electric meter boxes will be read at check-in and check-out and for every kw/h exceeding 20kw/h per day, € 0.15 will be charged to the guests.
In order to avoid paying extra for electricity, make sure that you turn off the A.C units and lights before leaving the apartments. As hot water also runs on electricity, it is also advisable to use the hot water prudently.
Please keep the furniture clean
As a sign of respect for our other guests; please take care to keep the seats, curtains and mattress fabrics clean and always use the protectors provided. Please take precautions for children.
Safety
The facility’s garden is under video surveillance. Please keep the entrance door and garden gate closed at all times. Management bears no responsibilities for any burglaries. Please keep your precious belongings with you at all times.
What to do with the bins?
Household waste should be removed from the apartments on a regular basis as and when required.
Community waste containers are provided both on the main street in front of the Garanti Bank or on the street that leads to the beach. Both locations are less than 50 metres away from the apartments.
Damage deposit
A damage deposit of 300 Euros will be charged in cash upon arrival and will be refunded following the inspection of the apartment before check out.
Other points to consider
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
The cost of any damage to the apartments or missing items will be incurred by the guest.
